STEP 1 – Submitting your Application

Please submit the following documents along with the Student Application Form to ensure that your application is complete and can
be processed for admission:
•  Deposit slip of the application fee of MYR50 (non-refundable) in a bank draft, personal cheque, money order or postal order payable
•  Five (5) recent passport-size photographs
•  Two (2) certified copy of National Identification Card (IC)/ Passport
•  Two (2) certified copy of Birth Certificate
•  Two (2) certified copy of ‘O’ Level/ ‘A’ Level, SPM/ STPM or any other equivalent certificates
•  Two (2) certified copy of School Leaving Certificate
•  Two (2) certified copy of other relevant certificates
•  Two (2) certified copy of National Identification Card (IC)/ Passport of parents or guardians
•  Two (2) certified copy of salary slip of parents or guardians
•  No Objection Certificate
(NOC, Applicable for candidates from the sub-Saharan African countries or other nationalities who had studied in the sub-Saharan
African countries)
•  Affidavit letter
(For difference in the names on personal documents)
•  Two (2) referees recommendation letters and evidence of funding

(Note: For international students, if the documents are not in English, certified English translation must be attached)

STEP 2 – Offer of Admissions
If your application is successful you will receive a Welcome Pack and an offer letter. Should you decide to accept the offer, you are required to do the following:
•  Submit Admission Acceptance Form by fax to +609 4242 500 or e-mail to zeiana@dhu.edu.my / mazrina@dhu.edu.my or by post
•  Make payment according to the Programme Fees Structure. Accepted modes of payment:
–  Cash payment during registration
–  Bank Draft payable to: Hicom University College Sdn Bhd
–  Direct bank-in to Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, Account Number 12110000219718
•  Submit Student Application Form
•  Submit Financial Assistance Application Form (Applicable for candidates from Malaysia)
•  Submit Hostel Application Form
•  Submit completed Health Examination Report Form

STEP 3 – Registration at DRB-Hicom U
Please be present for enrolment at the university on registration day as stated in the Letter of Offer. Remember to bring along the original
copies of all the documents specified in Step 1, for our verification.

DRB-Hicom U Orientation is mandatory for all new students after the Registration Day. The information presented will include pertinent information
for your new life as a DRB-Hicom U student. Information includes:
•  The programme awards, requirements and assessment criteria
•  Rules and regulations
•  Academic calendar and timetable
