This programme aims to educate students who will acquire important theoretical knowledge as well as a useful range of employable and practical skills in vehicle servicing. They will develop close linkages with local industry, and ensure graduates fulfil industry needs. They will develop skills in critical thinking, effective communication, problem-solving and innovative thinking, as well as developing soft skills to enable them to be confident and ready for employment in the workplace.


The programme educational objectives of this programme are as follows:

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the end of the programme, graduates will be able to:

Career Opportunities

This programme provides opportunities for graduates to occupy technical and supervisory positions such as Sales Head, Sales Supervisor, Retail Supervisor, Sales Coordinator and Front Office Customer Relation Officer.

Entry Requirements

1) Pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with 3 credits (priority given to candidates who obtained credits in mathematics and science and pass in English); or

2) Pass in Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with at least CGPA 2.00; or

3) Pass in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in a relevant field; AND
– Passed SPM with at least one credit;
– Further diploma programme in the same field;
– If necessary, the education providers should provide bridging programmes as the intensive programe; or

4) Other equivalent qualification recognized by the the Malaysian Government; AND

New Requirement:

* For international students: must score for Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) 500 or International English Language Testing Systems (IELTS) 5 or equivalent.

Additional Requirements:

1) Pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with mathematics and English (Bridging programme will be provided)

2) Pass in Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least a B grade in three subjects

3) Other qualification that is approved by the University’s Senate
